Drivers and the public will be given more protection as theytravel on buses, it was revealed today.
First Aberdeen is to spend more than pounds3 million on 22 newbuses this year - and all will be fitted with CCTV.
The development was revealed after Aberdeen City Council'sdeputy leader Kevin Stewart criticised the company and its cityfares.
But today bus boss George Mair insisted the firm was deliveringvalue for money by re-investing in its fleet.
